Călărași hosts Autumn Fair 2026 with new traffic and noise regulations

The municipality of Călărași has officially opened the 2026 Autumn Fair. The event features over 150 merchants offering traditional products, gastronomic specialties, and various amusement park attractions.

To manage the large crowds and maintain order, local authorities have implemented several administrative measures. Music is strictly prohibited after 23:00 to respect the peace of nearby residents. Additionally, vehicle access within the restricted perimeter is limited to local residents of neighboring districts.

To address parking shortages and traffic congestion, a special public transport route has been established. Buses will run regularly from the Orizont area directly to the fairgrounds to facilitate visitor access.
