Ajax makes 12 million euro bid for Club América's Brian Rodríguez

Ajax has reportedly submitted a transfer offer of approximately 12 million euros to Club América for Uruguayan winger Brian Rodríguez. The 26-year-old international is being targeted by the Dutch club to serve as a replacement for Mika Godts. Reports indicate that Rodríguez has expressed interest in the move and has requested that América's management consider the proposal.

In addition to the pursuit of Rodríguez, Club América may face the departure of Uruguayan defender Sebastián Cáceres, who is reportedly in talks with Spanish side Celta de Vigo.

If Rodríguez departs, América may look toward players such as Jáminton Campaz or Denis Bouanga as potential replacements. The transfer window in the Netherlands is set to close on September 2, creating urgency for the negotiations.
