Club América midfielder Alejandro Zendejas has been featured in a new global Adidas advertising campaign alongside international football stars such as Lionel Messi, Jude Bellingham, and Luis Díaz. The campaign showcases team kits for the 2026-2027 season. Zendejas, who has been recovering from a knee injury in Spain, may soon return to action under coach Guillermo Almada.

Additionally, América midfielder Alan Cervantes expressed his ambitions ahead of the upcoming match against Juárez. Cervantes stated his goals are to become a key player for the club, compete for the championship, and earn a call-up to the Mexican National Team for the Gold Cup. He noted that despite limited playing time in previous seasons due to tactical decisions, he has maintained a professional work ethic to prepare for this new stage with the team.
