Club Andino Ushuaia Wins 21st Ice Hockey World Cup in Argentina

Club Andino Ushuaia (CAU) captured the championship at the 21st edition of the Copa Fin del Mundo ice‑hockey tournament, held on the municipal rink “Carlos Tachuela Oyarzún” in Ushuaia, Argentina. The club secured titles in the Superior, Sub‑10, Sub‑14 and Junior categories.

The competition, organized by the Argentine Ice Hockey Federation, featured clubs and players from five nations – Argentina, Chile, Peru, the United States and Costa Rica – and was described by municipal sports institute president Liliana Gavilán as a “beautiful winter‑sports celebration” that highlights the region’s passion for ice hockey.
