Orán celebrates 232nd anniversary with Festi Orán festival

The city of Orán celebrated its 232nd anniversary with the Festi Orán, a two-night musical festival designed to foster community identity through culture. The event drew large crowds of residents, families, and tourists.

The first night featured performances by Jorge Rojas, Ahyre, Christian Herrera, and Delio Valdez. The second night included Las Voces de Orán, Lázaro Caballero, and Los Kjarkas, offering a diverse program of folklore and popular rhythms.

A significant moment occurred at midnight during the city's birthday, when the audience joined Las Voces de Orán to sing “Feliz cumpleaños” collectively, marking a shared cultural experience across generations.
