Club Atlético Timbuense hosts sports psychology workshop for families

Club Atlético Timbuense hosted a session of the Sports Psychology cycle, led by sports psychologist Pablo Sucarrat. The session, part of the ‘School for Parents of Athletes’ initiative, focused on providing families with tools to support young athletes, specifically regarding the emotional challenges and pressures of competition.

The program aims to promote mental health and emotional well-being alongside athletic performance. The initiative includes three distinct sessions: one for coaches and teachers, one for parents, and a final session scheduled for October or November intended for the athletes themselves.
