Club Baloncesto Cuenca Femenino celebrates 50 years

Club Baloncesto Cuenca Femenino has officially presented its commemorative program to celebrate 50 years of promoting women's basketball. Founded in 1977, the club held the presentation event at the Esperanza Calvo court in El Sargal.

During the ceremony, Ana Belén Álvaro, a prominent figure with over 200 international appearances, was named the anniversary godmother. The club also honored historical player Belén Rodríguez for her dedication and career. The event included the unveiling of a new commemorative logo and the team's kit for the current season.

The anniversary program features a retrospective exhibition, 3x3 tournaments, a commemorative match with former players, conferences, roundtables, and educational outreach activities, concluding with an institutional gala.
