Club Flandria draws with Deportivo Armenio in season finale

Club Social y Deportivo Flandria concluded its season with a 1-1 draw against Deportivo Armenio at the Carlos V Stadium. After securing its status in the division in the previous round, the Jáuregui-based club played the final match of the Primera B Metropolitana fixture.

Deportivo Armenio took an early lead in the sixth minute through a play by Luciano Villalba that allowed Juan Pablo Brandán to score. Despite several attempts by Flandria players Nazareno Diosquez and Bautista Giménez to equalize before halftime, the score remained 1-0.

In the second half, Flandria manager Jesús Díaz introduced several youth players. The match appeared to be heading toward a Deportivo Armenio victory until stoppage time, when Alexis Casal scored the equalizer following a cross from Diosquez and a defensive error by goalkeeper Nahuel Nistán.
