Club Med expands hospitality training program in Brazil

Club Med is expanding its professional training initiative, Club Med School, at its Lake Paradise resort in Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil. Developed in partnership with Senac and the local municipality, the program provides free hospitality and tourism courses to regional residents.

The initiative combines theoretical and practical lessons conducted by Senac, using a methodology that simulates daily resort operations to prepare students for real-world challenges. Following its 2023 launch, the program saw over 260 applicants, with 41% of graduates from the first cycle being hired directly by Club Med.

The new phase of the program includes three training cycles with classes of 25 to 30 students, aiming to impact up to 360 people annually. Participants receive certification issued by Senac upon completion of the course.
