Club Puebla operator announces new ownership and board structure

Operadora de Escenarios Deportivos, the company responsible for the commercialization and operation of Club Puebla, has announced a new corporate structure and shareholding composition.

Jesús Manuel Jiménez García now holds a 51% majority stake in the company, while G. O. O. L. Capital Ventures, LLC holds the remaining 49%. This restructuring follows previous discussions regarding international capital to strengthen the project's finances. Jiménez García has been appointed as both the President of the Board of Directors and the General Director.

The new Board of Directors includes Sergio Flores Sandoval as Finance Director and substitute president, Gabriel Saucedo Torres as Secretary, Kathrin Birgit Mutinelli as a voting member, and Luis Fernando Reverte Gallego as a substitute voting member.

While this change redefines corporate decision-making and management of contracts and revenues, it does not necessarily imply a transfer of the club's sports affiliation rights. The company's activities include the administration and operation of professional, amateur, and youth football clubs and academies both in Mexico and abroad.
