Clube da Bezerra teaches rural youth dairy production

The Clube da Bezerra project, in partnership with the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR), held a practical workshop teaching children and adolescents how to produce yogurt and dulce de leche. Participants aged 5 to 15 learned various stages of milk processing, including raw material care, preparation, fermentation, and flavoring.

Part of the ‘Milk and Cheese in School’ project, the initiative aims to demonstrate ways to add value to milk produced on rural properties and encourage family succession in agriculture. Municipal Secretary of Agriculture Denise Chiapetti Adamchuk noted that the participants are children of farmers who can bring this technical knowledge back to their families.
