Cluj County Council funds new medical equipment for Leon Daniello Hospital

The Cluj County Council has funded the acquisition of new medical equipment for the ‘Leon Daniello’ Pneumophthisiology Clinical Hospital. The investment, totaling 354,348.5 lei, includes a DLCO body plethysmograph and a medical monitor.

The DLCO body plethysmograph is a complex respiratory functional exploration device used to evaluate static lung volumes and estimate oxygen transfer from the lungs to the blood. The medical monitor will be utilized in the Bronchology Department to monitor vital functions during bronchoscopies, aiding in accurate diagnoses.
