Cluj-Napoca residents report sidewalk obstructions from illegal parking

Residents in Cluj-Napoca are reporting ongoing issues with vehicles parked on sidewalks on Trotușului Street, specifically near School No. 4 and the Y6 apartment block. The illegal parking obstructs pedestrian access, forcing people to walk on the roadway, and makes it difficult for drivers to exit their own vehicles.

Local complaints indicate that while bollards were installed in some areas, they were placed incorrectly, leaving the problematic sections of the sidewalk unprotected. Additionally, vehicles parked at intersections are reportedly hindering larger service vehicles, such as garbage trucks and delivery vans, from making turns.
