Cluster Lucano Automotive debuts at IAA Transportation in Hannover

The Cluster Lucano Automotive “Fabbrica Intelligente” completed its first participation at the IAA Transportation event in Hannover, Europe’s largest trade fair for road freight transport. Hosted within the Italian pavilion organized by ICE and Anfia, the Basilicata-based companies engaged with international manufacturers, suppliers, and research centers to discuss new technological and industrial trajectories in mobility.

To differentiate its presence, the Cluster utilized an innovative metaverse platform. This immersive digital space allowed all participating companies to showcase their flagship products and expertise virtually, extending their reach beyond the physical limits of the exhibition stand. This digital showcase was designed to promote the region's production chain and facilitate international collaboration.

The event included institutional visits, such as that of the Italian Consul General in Hannover, Piero Vaira. Cluster President Antonio Braia noted that the participation was made possible through funding from the Basilicata Region.
