CMB. TECH Sells VLCC Donoussa, Forecasts $74.4 Million Gain

CMB. TECH NV, a listed maritime group headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, announced the sale of its 2016‑built very large crude carrier (VLCC) Donoussa, a 299,999‑dwt vessel.

The transaction is expected to generate a capital gain of about US$74.4 million, with the vessel to be delivered to the new owner in the fourth quarter of 2026. The company also said it will publish its second‑quarter 2026 results on 27 August 2026. CMB. TECH operates a fleet of roughly 250 vessels across dry bulk, crude oil, chemical, container and offshore energy segments and is listed on the NYSE and Euronext exchanges.
