CMC Ravenna contests 3 million euro debt from CONPAT

CMC Ravenna has formally contested the CONPAT S. c. a. r. l. consortium regarding alleged contractual breaches involving more than 3 million euros. The dispute concerns unpaid invoices and the failure to remit VAT amounts related to various public works projects.

According to the company, the outstanding credits pertain to completed works, some of which involve payment certificates that have already been issued or authorized. CMC Ravenna claims that in several instances, contracting authorities had already paid the amounts to CONPAT without those funds being transferred to the executing firm. Additionally, the company noted that the consortium may have already received VAT refunds for certain cases.

The projects involved in this dispute include maintenance work on the 9th Tronco of Udine for Autostrade per l’Italia S. p. A., safety improvements on the Potenza-Melfi route and the S. S. 1 Aurelia variant for ANAS S. p. A., and the construction of the new Russell High School branch in Cles. Other mentioned works include urban regeneration in Mantova and a cycle path in Imperia.
