CMC Ravenna launches joint venture with Sansu‑Beta Group in India

CMC Ravenna SpA, an Italian construction contractor, signed an agreement with Indian partner Sansu‑Beta Group to create a new construction and infrastructure company headquartered in India.

The joint venture will combine CMC’s international engineering and project‑management expertise with Sansu‑Beta’s local industrial capacity, aiming at large‑scale national projects in transport, water, energy and port sectors. "This agreement marks a decisive moment for our expansion abroad," said Antonio Politano, president and CEO of CMC Ravenna, noting confidence in the long‑term growth potential of the Indian market.
