CMF Clip Pro open‑ear earbuds launch with $99 price and 3‑point clip design
Nothing’s budget sub‑brand CMF introduced its first open‑ear earbuds, the CMF Clip Pro. The earbuds use a three‑point clip that distributes pressure across the ear with a flexible titanium C‑bridge, weighing only 5.9 g per earbud. They feature a 10.8 mm dual‑magnet dynamic driver, Hi‑Res Audio certification, LDAC, AAC and SBC codecs, and CMF’s Ultra Bass technology to boost low‑frequency response.
Audio calls are handled by four HD microphones and Clear Voice AI processing, while the Smart Dial on the charging case provides physical volume and playback controls. The earbuds are IP54 rated, support Bluetooth 5.4 with dual‑device connectivity, and offer up to 10 hours of playback on a single charge and 32.5 hours total with the case; a 10‑minute fast charge adds about four hours of use.
Pricing is set at $99 (≈ £79, €99) with a launch‑deal of $79 in the United States. Sales begin 15 August in the US, UK and Japan, with a wider European rollout on 15 September. Pre‑orders start 1 September and shipments begin 7 September. The earbuds are available in Dark Grey, Light Grey and Coral.
