CMF warns E-PANDA FINANCIERO SpA lacks regulatory authorization

The Chilean Financial Market Commission (CMF) has issued an alert regarding E-PANDA FINANCIERO SpA, stating that the entity is neither registered nor authorized to provide regulated services under the Fintech Law. Although the company had previously initiated a procedure to obtain the necessary authorization, that process was declared abandoned on September 23, 2025.

The CMF warned that contracting with unauthorized entities poses risks to investors and the general public. To mitigate these risks, the commission recommends that individuals verify whether companies or individuals are registered and supervised by checking the CMF website and researching potential negative feedback or complaints online before investing.
