Câmpulung Muscel water cut and Năsăud power outage disrupt residents

On July 1, 2026, a failure in the water distribution network forced the municipal water operator to suspend supply in several districts of Câmpulung Muscel, Romania. The interruption was scheduled from 09:45 to 13:00 for streets including Ștefan cel Mare, Calea Pietroasa, C. A. Rosetti and Hasdeu. Repair crews were dispatched to resolve the fault, and residents were advised to keep water reserves.

Two days later, on July 3, 2026, the town of Năsăud announced an eight‑hour electricity outage on Valea Caselor street to allow relocation and connection of power cables. The same street also faced partial traffic restrictions during the work. Local authorities warned inhabitants of the temporary loss of electric service and the altered traffic flow.
