CNA Fermo calls for supply chain protection following Milan trade fairs

Following the Micam, Mipel, and Lineapelle trade fairs in Milan, representatives from CNA Fermo have noted encouraging interest from international buyers in the local production district. However, industry leaders expressed concerns regarding the ability of the supply chain to meet potential new orders.

Andrea Caranfa, General Secretary of CNA Fermo, and Paolo Mattiozzi, President of CNA Federmoda Fermo, emphasized the need to protect the territory's productive capacity. They highlighted that the recent exit of numerous companies from the supply chain has weakened the system and reduced overall capacity.

To ensure the sector can respond to increased demand, officials are calling on the Marche Region and the Marche Chamber of Commerce to provide more structured investments for international promotion and support for local enterprises. The goal is to safeguard the specialized skills and 'Made in Italy' value that define the district.
