CNA Imperia launches Breakfast in Riviera hospitality project

CNA Imperia has launched ‘Breakfast in Riviera – L’arte dell’ospitalità e della colazione mediterranea’, a pilot project aimed at enhancing the hotel hospitality sector in the Liguria region.

Presented at the Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo, the initiative seeks to replace standardized international buffets with local culinary experiences. The project encourages hotels to feature at least five local specialties, such as extra virgin olive oil, regional cheeses, honeys, and jams, to create a unique identity for the destination.

To mark the launch, pastry chef Alessandro Racca created signature items including an citrus brioche with extra virgin olive oil cream and an aromatic herb focaccia. The project is coordinated by Luciano Vazzano and Cristiano Tomei, with the goal of potentially expanding this model of artisanal authenticity across Italy.
