CNA launches national technical design network and addresses business priorities
CNA has launched ‘CNA Progetta’, a national network designed to integrate and strengthen technical design firms within the CNA Construction system. The initiative aims to connect 645 existing engineering and architecture firms across 78 provinces to improve market representation and foster collaboration between designers and builders. The project will focus on innovation, BIM, artificial intelligence, and energy, providing a unified space for discussing public-private partnerships and market trends.
During the 80th anniversary of CNA Roma, National President Dario Costantini identified three critical priorities for Italian businesses: unsustainable energy costs, business succession, and the shortage of qualified personnel. Costantini called for political intervention, specifically requesting a one-billion-euro annual fund in the 2027 and 2028 budgets to support companies investing in renewable energy for self-production.
To address labor shortages, Costantini announced the upcoming opening of the organization’s first school in Egypt, marking the realization of a European project for craftsmanship within professional corridors. Additionally, the organization is advocating for fiscal incentives to facilitate the transfer of businesses from sellers to new owners.
