CNBB and PUC-Rio formalize partnership and launch international art triennial

The National Conference of Bishops of Brazil (CNBB) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) have signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen educational initiatives for the Church in Brazil. This formal partnership aims to systematize existing collaborations and develop new projects that align with the Church's evangelization guidelines.

In a related cultural development, PUC-Rio is launching the first Triennial of Catholic Universities with the exhibition ‘Respiração’ (Breathing) at the Solar Grandjean de Montigny University Museum. The exhibition, themed ‘Exercises in Empathy,’ is part of an international program involving Catholic universities from seven countries, including Chile, Colombia, the United States, Italy, Portugal, and Angola, eventually concluding with a collective exhibition in Venice.
