CNH and Bourgault Industries form strategic seeding alliance

CNH has entered into a strategic alliance with Bourgault Industries to expand its global seeding equipment portfolio. The partnership will feature co-branded products under the Case IH and New Holland brands, manufactured by Bourgault and distributed through CNH’s dealer network in North America, Australia, and other high-potential markets.

The product lineup will include precision seeding air drill systems, high-capacity air carts, and integrated digital control technologies. This collaboration is intended to support CNH’s ‘Path to 2030’ strategy by accelerating the time-to-market for advanced agricultural solutions and enhancing dealer competitiveness.

Bourgault’s manufacturing facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, will continue to focus on the production of seeding equipment and combine headers. CNH will also maintain its current seeding product portfolio during a transition period.
