CNN and Jubilee Media to host Texas Senate town hall

CNN and Jubilee Media have announced a partnership to host a live Texas Senate town hall featuring progressive candidate James Talarico on October 14. The event, moderated by CNN anchor Erin Burnett, will feature questions from Burnett and a live audience composed of Democrats, Republicans, and independent voters.

An invitation for a separate town hall has also been extended to Republican candidate Ken Paxton. This collaboration between the traditional cable news network and the digital media company, known for its conversation-driven series, is intended to be the start of a broader creative partnership. The town hall will air live on CNN and will be available on Jubilee’s YouTube channel.
