CNP Assurances and Inclusiv'Day announce first inclusive business prize winners
CNP Assurances and Inclusiv'Day have announced the winners of the first edition of the Inclusive Business Initiative Prize. The award recognizes organizations that have implemented concrete, measurable social inclusion actions that serve as drivers for performance and organizational transformation.
Airzen Radio received the Gold Prize for integrating Jeanne Métivier, a journalist with Trisomy 21, into its national editorial team. Her chronicles, ‘Le cœur de Jeanne’, are broadcast nationwide, demonstrating how inclusive practices can be integrated into a core business model to change societal perceptions of mental disability.
The Silver Prize was awarded to Kaufman & Broad for its ‘Charte des Alliés’ (Allies Charter), an initiative designed to promote gender equality by mobilizing male employees to support their female colleagues. Other recognized organizations include Kedge Business School and Kignon.
