CNSM organizes youth labor rights seminar in Leova

The National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (CNSM), in partnership with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Moldova, organized an educational seminar titled ‘Youth Rights at the Workplace’ in Leova. Held as part of the ‘Youth Rights at the Workplace Caravan,’ the event aimed to inform young people about their rights to ensure decent, safe, and equitable working conditions.

Participants engaged in discussions regarding individual employment contracts, working and rest hours, wages, social protection, and occupational health and safety. The seminar also highlighted the role of trade unions in defending employee rights and providing mechanisms for young workers to protect themselves in the labor market.
