CNSSAP launches Customer Week in Kisangani and Sankuru
The National Social Security Fund for State Public Agents (CNSSAP) has launched its ‘Customer Week’ across several regions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, including Kisangani and Sankuru. The initiative, running from October 5 to 9, 2026, aims to strengthen the relationship between the agency and its insured members while increasing awareness of social security rights.
In Kisangani, the Mayor, Delly Likunde Litawehe, met with a CNSSAP delegation led by Provincial Agency Head Merveille Ma Beauté to coordinate activities. The program includes motorized caravans, awareness campaigns regarding Law n°22/031, and open house days at the provincial agency headquarters to help public agents understand their benefits.
In the Sankuru province, specifically in Lodja, Agency Head Youssef Mukenge Matandu led a motorized caravan to encourage public agents to affiliate with the fund. Mukenge emphasized that the government aims to improve the social situation of public employees, noting that a 4% salary deduction is managed by the CNSSAP to provide these social advantages. Upcoming activities in the region include a ‘mobile brigade’ to visit retirees.
