CNT union protests pregnancy-related dismissal in Zamora

The CNT union has launched a labor dispute and boycott campaign against a cocktail bar in Zamora's Plaza Mayor. The action follows the dismissal of a female employee after she notified the establishment of her pregnancy.

The union alleges labor discrimination, claiming the company waited until after the San Pedro festivities to terminate the worker to utilize her labor during the holiday period. The CNT is demanding the immediate reinstatement of the employee and is organizing mobilizations against the business, referred to in their campaign as ‘Coctelería Varone’.
