Humanitarian and search efforts intensify across Latin America and Spain

Various humanitarian and search efforts are underway across Latin America. In Argentina, the Colectiva Nacional Más por Menos, organized by the Argentine Episcopal Conference, is conducting its annual solidarity campaign to support vulnerable communities through social and pastoral projects.

In Mexico, search collectives are actively working to locate missing persons. The Colectivo Amor por los Desaparecidos recently discovered a clandestine grave and human remains in Miguel Alemán, Tamaulipas. Meanwhile, in Coahuila, the Colectivo Juntos en Acción por Nuestros Desaparecidos is organizing a search drive in the Central Region, requesting public donations of essential supplies. In San Luis Potosí, the state government is advancing plans for a memorial to honor missing persons and their families.

In Ecuador, authorities and families are dealing with the aftermath of a discovery of human remains in the Quevedo area, where a mother identified her son via a tattoo. In Spain, blood donation campaigns are being mobilized, including a marathon initiative involving local social clubs in Guadalajara and scheduled donation days across the province of Seville.
