Coahuila featured in new season of Pati’s Mexican Table

The 15th season of the culinary series ‘Pati’s Mexican Table,’ hosted by chef Pati Jinich, will feature the gastronomy, landscapes, and traditions of Coahuila, Mexico. The production aims to promote the state’s cultural identity and regional products to an international audience.

In Mexico, the episodes will be available on Prime Video, while in the United States, the series will air on PBS channels. The premiere event was held in Saltillo at the restaurant Don Artemio, attended by local tourism officials and culinary experts.

The season includes segments on Coahuila’s desert landscapes, ranch life, and its renowned viticulture, including visits to vineyards in Parras. Featured culinary elements include cabrito, meat cuts, cheeses, and regional ingredients like mesquite and maguey. One episode, titled ‘From Dinosaurs to Cowboys,’ begins at the Museo del Desierto before exploring the state’s rural and livestock traditions.
