Coahuila highlights eight Pueblos Mágicos for summer tourism
The state of Coahuila is promoting its eight designated Pueblos Mágicos as premier summer‑vacation destinations. The towns—Parras de la Fuente, Cuatro Ciénegas, Viesca, Arteaga, Candela, Guerrero, Múzquiz and General Cepeda—offer a mix of natural scenery, historic sites, gastronomy and adventure activities such as ecotourism, hiking and wine tasting.
State officials credit Governor Manolo Jiménez Salinas’ public‑security policies for creating a climate that allows visitors to travel freely at any hour. Tourism Secretary Cristina Amezcua González said the security conditions enable confident travel across the state’s roads and communities. The campaign emphasizes safety, cultural heritage and outdoor experiences to attract tourists during the summer holiday period.
