Coahuila PRI-UDC candidates Marimar Arroyo and Lalo Medrano campaign for state legislature seats

Marimar Arroyo, the PRI‑UDC candidate for Coahuila’s District 14, urged voters to support continued progress in security, education and social programs. She pledged to work with Governor Manolo Jiménez to expand budgeting for security models across the 38 municipalities and to promote social projects, while touring neighborhoods in Saltillo with her running mate Coco Guevara.

Lalo Medrano Aguirre, running for District 15 under the same Alliance, highlighted a “responsible and serious” campaign focused on realistic proposals for families. Citing a recent poll that placed him at 37 % of voter preference, he emphasized work on security, public services, health and infrastructure, and described his door‑to‑door outreach with federal Deputy Jericó Abramo Masso in several Saltillo colonias. Both candidates are seeking election on 7 June.
