Coatzacoalcos concludes 'Coatza Vive el Verano' summer program
The Government of Coatzacoalcos concluded its 'Coatza Vive el Verano' summer program with a large-scale event at Parque Independencia. The closing festivities featured a musical performance by Súper Grupo Juárez.
Spanning six weeks from July 17 to August 30, the initiative provided over 20 free activities, including cultural, artistic, sporting, and recreational events. The program aimed to promote local tourism, economic activity, and community coexistence.
Closing activities included a sand sculpture contest at the Malecón Costero and a kite festival. The program also featured traditional Isthmian parades and various musical genres such as rock, salsa, and trova throughout the season.
