COBACH BC launches preparatory course for 15,000 students

The Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Baja California (COBACH BC) has launched a propaedeutic course for more than 15,000 incoming students. Running from August 10 to August 14, the 20-hour program aims to strengthen essential skills in mathematics and reading comprehension to support successful transition into the first semester.

General Director Ma. Teresa Banda Bañuelos stated the strategy provides fundamental support for youth entering a new academic stage. As part of the program, students are completing the EDIEMS 2026 diagnostic exam to identify academic opportunities. The course also includes social integration activities, such as sports and cultural games, to foster teamwork and healthy coexistence among the new student body.
