Cobreloa to refund tickets following match suspension

Cobreloa has announced it will issue full refunds for tickets purchased for the suspended match against Deportes Puerto Montt. The decision follows feedback from club members who expressed a desire to keep their tickets for the rescheduled fixture.

The club stated that the decision was made to account for the diverse circumstances of its supporters, particularly those traveling from other regions. Cobreloa cited administrative and operational uncertainties, including the unknown date of the rescheduled match, potential changes to stadium capacity at Estadio Zorros del Desierto, and the need for new regional authorizations.

Club officials emphasized that maintaining existing tickets could not be guaranteed due to these variables. They noted that the institution must make decisions that consider the entire membership rather than individual preferences.
