Coca-Cola Chile announces 720 billion peso investment

Coca-Cola Chile has announced an investment exceeding 720 billion Chilean pesos over the next four years. This initiative aims to modernize operations, integrate new technologies, and expand production capacity and facilities.

The investment is expected to create 500 new job opportunities specifically targeting young people within the gastronomic sector. The announcement was made during a ceremony attended by President José Antonio Kast at the Coca-Cola Andina plant in Renca.

In addition to the capital injection, the company is launching a new phase of the ‘Bootcamps Gastronómicos’ program in collaboration with the Fundación Gastronomía Social. Coca-Cola currently operates 13 production plants and 38 distribution centers in Chile, contributing approximately 1.22% to the national GDP.
