Coca-Cola consumption reaches record levels in Mexico

Mexico has emerged as a global leader in Coca-Cola consumption, with per capita figures reaching a record 160 liters per year in 2024. This surpasses the United States, where the average is approximately 100 liters annually. In certain Mexican regions, such as Chiapas, consumption levels are even more extreme, with some areas reporting over 800 liters per person per year.
