Coca-Cola FEMSA and Essity announce internship programs in Colombia

Several companies in Colombia have announced internship opportunities for university students for the first semester of 2027.

Coca-Cola FEMSA has launched its ‘First Talent’ program, targeting students in their final semesters who are looking to gain professional experience through real projects. Applicants must have official university endorsement for the 2027-1 period, reside in or be willing to move to Bogotá, and must not have previously signed a SENA-type apprenticeship contract. The program is designed to help young talent build their professional trajectories within a corporate environment.

Additionally, Essity is seeking interns for its operations at Zona Franca del Cauca, near Cali. The company is looking for students in fields such as Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electronic, and Mechatronics Engineering, as well as Communication, Design, and Information Technology. Candidates must be able to start their productive stage in July 2026 and must be from institutions endorsed by SENA. The role offers benefits including monthly product packages, lunch services, and transportation to the production plant.
