Coca-Cola HBC sees strong growth forecasts from Deutsche Bank and UBS

Deutsche Bank and UBS have issued positive outlooks for Coca-Cola HBC, converging on predictions of approximately 8.5% organic sales growth for the third quarter. Both financial institutions maintain a ‘Buy’ rating for the stock, with price targets set at €67 and €65.8 respectively.

Deutsche Bank has upwardly revised its estimates, forecasting 8.4% organic revenue growth and a 5.1% increase in volumes for the third quarter. The bank highlighted the company’s geographically diverse footprint—spanning developed, developing, and emerging markets—as a key growth driver. Significant growth is anticipated in markets such as Nigeria (13%), Egypt (5%), Italy (4%), and Russia (6%).

Analysts suggest that if third-quarter results, due to be announced on November 4, confirm these expectations, the company's management may be prompted to upgrade its annual guidance. The company’s current guidance targets organic sales growth of 6%-7% and organic operating profit growth of 8%-10%.
