Cochabamba Mayor distributes work vests to local shoe shiners

During the anniversary celebrations of Cochabamba, Mayor Manfred Reyes Villa held an event at the Plaza Principal 14 de Septiembre to distribute identification and work vests to local shoe shiners.

The initiative aims to provide workers with greater visibility, security, and professional dignity. Mayor Reyes Villa stated that the gesture is part of a broader policy to support independent workers and ensure that no sector of the city is left behind.
