Cockroach Janta Party announces Delhi protest and school infrastructure campaign

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced plans for a protest march in New Delhi on September 5, scheduled to proceed from India Gate to the Delhi Police Headquarters. The demonstration is expected to involve families of students who died by suicide following the cancellation and re-testing of the NEET examination, as well as individuals alleging police excesses during previous agitations. Delhi Police stated they have not yet received a formal request for the march and will review any such application upon receipt.

Simultaneously, the CJP is conducting a “School Thik Karo” campaign to highlight inadequate educational infrastructure across India. The group has criticized the Delhi government and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta over the dilapidated state of schools in Sanjay Colony, Chhatarpur, citing issues such as broken flooring, lack of functional toilets, and unhygienic conditions. Residents in the area have set a September 15 deadline for repairs.

Further footage released by CJP leadership depicts students in Bihar and Maharashtra navigating mud-filled lanes and crossing rivers to reach their classrooms. The party continues to call for government intervention to address these safety and infrastructure concerns.
