The film Cocktail 2, directed by Homi Adajania, is scheduled for its digital premiere on Netflix on Friday, August 14. A spiritual successor to the 2012 film Cocktail, the movie stars Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon.

The plot follows longtime partners Kunal and Diya as they question their commitment during a vacation in Sicily after meeting Diya's friend, Ally. While the film received mixed to negative reviews from critics, it was considered a moderate commercial success, grossing approximately 150 crore worldwide against an estimated budget of 150 crore.
