Coco Jones to reprise Hilary Banks role in ‘Bel-Air’ spin-off

Peacock is developing a new series titled ‘Hilary’, a spin-off of the drama ‘Bel-Air’. Coco Jones is set to reprise her role as Hilary Banks. The project is currently in development and has not yet been officially ordered to series.

Written by Tracy Oliver, the series would follow Hilary as she moves to New York after accepting a job offer from celebrity chef Yvonne Durand. The plot aims to show Hilary attempting to succeed independently of her family connections, navigating new challenges in her career, friendships, and romantic life. This narrative direction differs from the ‘Bel-Air’ series finale, which saw the character returning to Los Angeles to open a café.
