Flutist and model Cocomi has garnered attention on social media for her approach to handling online criticism and slander. In recent Instagram Stories, she addressed followers asking for the secret to maintaining a strong mindset against “stinging words.”

Cocomi suggested that those who rely on insults to find value or validation are acting out of a lack of self-confidence. She advised that when faced with harsh comments, one should simply think, “Oh dear, how pitiful,” rather than letting others' self-satisfaction affect one's emotions.

This follows previous instances where she took a firmer stance against malicious users, including an incident where she publicly highlighted a negative comment on her account. She also recently addressed skepticism regarding her appearance, attributing her look to genetics, specific clothing, and photography techniques rather than digital manipulation.
