Cocozas launches fractional villa investment in Kofu, Yamanashi

Cocozas Co., Ltd. has launched a new fractional villa investment location, COCO VILLA Kofu Chiyoda Kohan, in Yamanashi Prefecture. The property is situated near Chiyoda Lake, a popular spot for fishing.

The villa features a renovated underground garage converted into a private sauna and cold plunge area with views of the lake. Designed to accommodate large groups of up to 13 people, the facility also includes BBQ areas, a wood-burning stove, and a projector screen to ensure year-round appeal regardless of weather.

Under the COCO VILLA Owners program, investors can own shares of the villa starting from the 2 million yen range. Owners can use the property for up to 120 nights per year and earn revenue from rental periods when they are not using it. During the initial briefing on August 19, 2026, the first eight ownership slots were filled immediately, and the company is currently accepting applications for a waiting list.
