Cocozas launches shared villa service near Lake Biwa

Cocozas Co., Ltd. has launched its 57th shared villa location, ‘COCO VILLA Biwa-kohan,’ located in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture. The property is situated one minute from the shores of Lake Biwa and features a private villa alongside a trailer house equipped with a sauna, marking the first time this specific configuration has been used in the COCO VILLA series.

The ‘COCO VILLA Owners’ service allows individuals to co-own vacation properties starting from the 2-million-yen range. Owners can use the property for personal stays or earn revenue through its operation as a rental facility when not in use.

Due to high demand, the first eight of the 24 available ownership shares were fully subscribed on the day of the initial briefing. The remaining 16 shares are currently subject to a waiting list.
