Cody Rhodes urged to turn heel by Eric Bischoff

Eric Bischoff said on the 83 Weeks podcast that WWE needs a new villain after Cody Rhodes’ recent loss to Sami Zayn and urged Rhodes to make a heel turn now while his baby‑face character still has “juice left in the lemon.” Bischoff described the ideal heel as “vicious, lying, cheating…slippery and greasy,” not a brute‑force “badass.”

He added that if Rhodes embraces the role, he could become “one of the best heels of our generation,” predicting a long‑term, believable story for WWE if the switch occurs.
