COEPRISS recalls batch of APOZEMIA XR Metformin

The State Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks in Sinaloa (COEPRISS) has issued a notice for the voluntary recall of a specific batch of APOZEMIA XR MR (Metformin) 500 mg. The recall affects batch number 1108G24A, which contains 60 tablets per blister pack.

The recall was initiated after the product showed results that were outside of established specifications. COEPRISS advises individuals possessing this specific batch to suspend use immediately and consult a physician to determine an appropriate alternative treatment. Patients are encouraged to contact the sanitary registration holder to coordinate the return of the product.
